What this website collects

This website has no forms, analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and sets no cookies of its own. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third parties. Like any website host, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

The Scale-Up Readiness Check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not stored or sent anywhere unless you choose to email your result to us, which opens your own email program with the result filled in.

When you contact us

If you email us, call us, or book a call through meet.essl.ltd, we receive the details you give us, typically your name, email address, organisation and the reason for getting in touch. Bookings are handled by our scheduling provider on our behalf. We use this information to reply, arrange and hold the conversation, and follow up on it, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries or, where you become a client, to perform our contract with you.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and for any related engagement, and we do not sell or share your information for others' marketing.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Write to info@essl.ltd. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
